Yes. Application, database and uploaded files are hosted at IONOS in Germany, and training and student data do not leave the EU. For payment processing (Stripe) and domain name resolution (Cloudflare) we use services with a US connection, covered by EU standard contractual clauses. We provide a data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR.
Partly. There is no bulk import, you add students one by one. For transfer students you carry over theory and practice credits (including special drives) right when creating them, and they keep counting towards training progress. If you have a larger student base, get in touch.
